Liverpool reportedly agree £20m deal for Manchester City’s Joe Hart

It’s been a transfer deal that has been mooted all season and now it appears to have been agreed – Joe Hart to Liverpool.

The England international was famously sent out on loan by Pep Guardiola to Torino at the start of the year, in favour of Claudio Bravo, but it now seems that he’s on his way back to the Premier League for next season.

Indeed, according to The Sun, the Reds have agreed a £20m deal to have him at the club for 2017/18 as they prepare for what they hope will be a season involving Champions League football.

The feeling has been that the club need a new goalkeeper but with Simon Mignolet performing well of late, Hart’s rise to being the Reds’ number 1 – should he definitely sign – may not be as easy as many had been predicting.
