The weekend’s biggest game in the Premier League is nearly here as Chelsea and Arsenal take one another on at Stamford Bridge…
And so, as we wait for kick-off later this afternoon, here at Rush Football we’ve decided to take a look at the three battles that could decide the result:
Alvaro Morata v Laurent Koscielny
Morata has started this season in fine form whilst there are still question marks over Arsenal’s defence.
This is another game where they will come up against it, too, and Frenchman Koscielny will have to lead by example and marshal Morata out of the fixture.
Eden Hazard v Hector Bellerin
Hazard has been working his way back from injury and he could start here down the left of Chelsea’s front three.
With Hector Bellerin likely Arsenal’s right-sided defender, he is the one who will have to stop Hazard making an impact in his first start this year.
Davide Zappacosta v Alexis Sanchez
Zappacosta has started well for Chelsea this season and will probably start at right-wing back.
He may have to be more defensive in this game than he has been though to keep Sanchez quiet but if he does Chelsea should win out.
