AFC Bournemouth are pushing to have Jason Tindall as their new manager for next season as they look for someone to take over from Eddie Howe.
The long-serving Howe left the club at the end of the Premier League season, which ended with the Cherries dropping into the Championship.
Overall, though, Howe will be looked back on as a legend at the Vitality and whoever takes over from him will have a tough job.
Tindall, then, appears to be the heir to the throne, with him working under Howe as a coach already:
Big push for Tindall. Strange. Thought he would follow wee Eddie. Club could maybe do with a fresh pair of eyes … https://t.co/qKFDRK4dEA

There are several good managers around at the moment but Bournemouth appear eager to try and keep things in house at the moment.
Tindall hasn’t got massive experience as a manager but will know the club well and what they want to do in this new era.
Perhaps that continuity factor will allow them to adjust to the Championship quickly.
