If Everton want to sign Rafael Leao, they are going to have to pay some serious cash this summer by the look of things.

The young forward has caught the eye on more than one occasion in France this season with him playing in Lille’s attack.

The Ligue 1 side, themselves, have done well and with the likes of Eden Hazard bursting onto the scene at their club, and it looks as though Leao could be the next to graduate.

If Everton want to sign him, though, they are going to have to hope Farhad Moshiri is feeling flush as Buzzsport France reckons he could cost at least £34m.

Still a teenager, this is big money for a senior pro even in the current market and so the Blues will need to think long and hard about signing him.

If he really is the next big thing, though, they might look at this as a coup if his value is to skyrocket.

That, though, is a huge ‘if’ at the moment.
