Liverpool are flying in the Premier League at the moment and you’d be hard-pressed to find a Reds fan that isn’t enjoying the season so far.

The men from Anfield came into this campaign as many onlookers’ favourite to challenge Manchester City for the title this year.

So it is proving, too, with the two sides separated by just the two points as we head towards the festive period.

However, it seems as though John Toshack feels that Jurgen Klopp should be let go at the end of the season if he cannot deliver a trophy this year.

As quoted by talksport, he said:

“If Liverpool don’t win a trophy this year then they’ve got a decision to make [about Klopp].”

This is bound to get a few Reds fans’ backs up.

Klopp has done a superb job in turning the team back into title contenders and it is only sheer bad luck that they are facing one of the best ever in the league for the title this year.

It remains to be seen, then, if the German can win some silverware.
