The transfer of Kylian Mbappé to PSG is nearing its completion by the looks of things. But, here at Rush Football, we think Hull City would be a much better upgrade on Monaco, and here’s why…

Houses Prices

The cost of a one bedroom apartment in Monaco is extortionate to say the least. A luxury pad situated in the prestigious Monte-Carlo can set you back up to £7m, meanwhile in Hull you can have the most extravagant and stylish property in the entire city for under £1m. This is definitely something the French international should take into consideration when house-hunting.

Culture

The city of Hull boasts a wide range of museums, theatres and festivals. In fact, the city’s arts and heritage saw it named the UK City of Culture for 2017, beating the likes of Dundee and Leicester in a fiercely contested battle. Into your history and arts Kylian? Hull is the city for you.

Population Density

Monaco is the second most densely populated country in the world, with a staggering 18,000 people per square kilometre. On the other hand in Hull, there is only 3,500 people per square kilometre. We don’t know how much Kylian values his freedom and downtime, but if it’s high in his priorities, Hull is the place for him.

Education

The microstate of Monaco has just one university, the International University of Monaco (IUM), an English-language school specialising in business education. On the other hand in Hull there are two universities specialising in a wide range of subjects, a medical school and a school of arts. As an 18-year-old, it’s important the young prodigy keeps his options open just in case he doesn’t make it in the footballing world.
