Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Joel Matip is in contention to feature against Burnley tomorrow evening in the Premier League.
The Reds currently sit fourth in the table after a number of draws and will be looking to get back to goal-scoring ways against the Clarets.
Certainly, there should be better balance to their defence and therefore midfield tomorrow evening if Matip does return for the first time in nearly a month, and Jurgen Klopp has confirmed he has a decision to make.
Quoted by James Pearce from The Athletic, he said:
Klopp on Matip/Jota: "Joel is in full training and now we have to make a decision. Yesterday he trained completely normal. Diogo is still a few weeks away. He needs time. We will all be happy in the near future when he's back again." #LFC

It seems odd that a defender’s return could improve an attack but that could be the case for the Reds.
Having Matip back should allow the full-backs forward more as they’ll naturally feel more secure with an orthodox centre-back back in the side alongside Fabinho.
Jordan Henderson can get back into midfield and start upping the tempo whilst the likes of Thiago will be eager to build on a promising performance against Manchester United.
