Jurgen Klopp has offered an update on Diogo Jota after the attacker was ruled out against Sheffield United with illness.
The Portuguese forward has been out injured since December having picked up a knee problem in the final Champions League group game against FC Midtjylland.
Indeed, in the time since Liverpool have struggled for goals but he returned to training last week and was in line to feature against the Blades.
A stomach problem then hit him, however, with Chelsea now the potential side to see him return for Liverpool tomorrow night in the Premier League.
Jurgen Klopp offered an update on Jota earlier this afternoon, then, with him saying time will tell as to whether the forward is ready:
Klopp on Jota:
"Diogo had a stomach problem. He trained yesterday but it was only a little bit. He feels better, so we will see what we can do. Today I was told he feels better, so we'll see what steps he can make." #awlfc [lfc]

Rush Football’s take
Jota is a quality player and has shown that several times this season for Liverpool since joining from Wolves.
He looked a player capable of really pushing the current front three for a starting spot and so to then see him injured in December was a natural blow for the Reds.
He’s back physically fit, however, and it is now all about whether he feels well enough to feature against Chelsea.
It sounds like he is getting there, though, and Klopp will surely like to involve him if he can.
