Kieran Tierney has put into words how good Arsenal youngster Gabriel Martinelli is in speaking to the Open Goal podcast.
The Gunners managed to top their campaign off with an FA Cup win and fans will be hoping that Mikel Arteta is the man able to bring success to the club in the coming years, with a return to the top of the Premier League obviously the aim for a club of their stature.
Certainly, the future looks pretty good with the likes of Tierney joining and settling in well, with a number of bright young talents also coming through the ranks.
Martinelli is one man we’ve begun to see more of and he looks an exceptional talent, with Tierney lavishing praise on him in the recent interview:
‘Honestly, the first session, I was against Martinelli. Young boy, I knew he was good. ‘I was like “Woah, this is the standard man. He is unbelievable!” ‘The effort and attitude was unreal (from Martinelli).’
Arsenal fans are rightly excited about the attacker and with the likes of Bukayo Saka and Tierney himself establishing themselves, good times could be on the horizon.
