According to the Irish Sun, Leeds are interested in Premier League goalkeeper Mark Travers as they look to address the problem area between the sticks.
The young stopper was born in Ireland but has started to make his name in England with him appearing for Bournemouth in the Premier League before the end of last campaign.
Leeds, meanwhile, have a bit of an issue between the sticks at the moment.
Kiko Casilla was signed to take over from Bailey Peacock-Farrell who had let some mistakes creep into his game.
The Spaniard, though, suffered in the play-off semi-final second leg against Derby and though he has been solid at times, he perhaps hasn’t been totally convincing.
Travers, then, might be the one to come in and be the new number one for the Whites, but that again might be a risk.
He’s a bright young goalkeeper – but that in itself can cause issues, and he’ll have to learn fast on the job – especially at a big club like the Whites.
