Manchester City take on Watford this weekend as they look to retain first place in the Premier League table.
The Citizens beat Bournemouth 1-0 last time out in the league and that, combined with Liverpool’s draw to Everton, saw the two sides switch in the table.
With just the one point separating the pair in the Premier League standings, though, neither can afford a slip-up and Pep Guardiola will impress that on his players.
Against Watford, though, they have a bit of a problem with some key players set to be missing through injury.
As per ESPN, Kevin de Bruyne, Fernandinho and John Stones are all set to be out of action until after the international break.
The three are key players, of course, and will be missed but you’d have thought that City have the squad to cope with their absense.
Watford, though, will be looking to use this news to their advantage.
