Barcelona have signed Ousmane Dembélé, a 20 year old French forward, for £135.5m from Borussia Dortmund.

Rennes (2014-15)

Ousmane started his senior career in Rennes reserves and found the net 13 times in 18 matches during his first season. In 2015, he scored on his first team debut and went on to bag 11 more goals in his first season in Ligue 1. During his time at the French club he was named the UNFP Ligue 1 Young Player of the Year.

Borussia Dortmund (2016-)

Following his good form at Rennes, Dortmund snapped Ousmane up on a five year deal in 2016. The forward has made 32 appearances for the German club so far, with six goals under his belt. His performances earned him a spot in the Champions League Breakthrough XI 2016 and a place in the Bundesliga Team of the Season 2016-17.

Dembélé made his international debut in a 3-1 victory against Belarus in 2016. However, he scored his first goal for France against England in 2017. So far he has represented his country in the senior team seven times.
