Jose Mourinho has remained coy on Gareth Bale making his second debut for Spurs against West Ham United in his pre-match press conference but he has said that the Welsh winger is looking good in training and is in good shape.

The Lilywhites have got a very impressive attack on paper and fans are itching to see Bale line up alongside the likes of Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son.

They’ve had to wait patiently to see the trio in action, though, with the returning Welshman picking up an injury in September and having to work his way back to fitness.

He stayed at Spurs during the international break, though, and appears to be working fully with the rest of the group judging by social media updates in recent days.

And, though Mourinho did not confirm his team line-up for the game with the Hammers, he does seem confident that Bale is in good condition now.
