Rangers pulled off a stunning setback in the UEFA Europa League last night as they came from two goals down to beat Portuguese side Braga at Ibrox in the first leg of their tie.

The Gers were looking down the barrel of elimination with the way the first leg was going but three goals towards the end of the game turned things around and Ibrox was absolutely bouncing come the final whistle.

One downer, though, was the injury to Borna Barisic with the left-back having to come off and the Daily Record has since revealed that the Croatian will not feature in the squad that faces St Johnstone at the weekend back in the league.

Barisic has become an important player for the Gers after a sluggish start to his career and he will be a miss as the Light Blues look to close the gap in the top flight to Glasgow rivals Celtic.
