Tottenham fans have been handed a boost by Mauricio Pochettino with him saying that Harry Kane should be fit to face Real Madrid.
The striker limped out of the win over Liverpool and duly missed the loss against Manchester United.
Spurs, though, shouldn’t have to worry too much more about missing their main man with him set to return for the game at Wembley.
The Spurs boss said – as quoted by Sky Sports:
“We are very confident. He is on the list, we have one day more to assess him.
“I think maybe it can be possible he will be available to play tomorrow, but I don’t want to be 100 per cent sure about that decision, because we have one day more.”
Some good news for Spurs ahead of their game against the Spanish side, and with Real losing to Girona 2-1 at the weekend, the Lilywhites will be confident of getting three points.
If they win, too, they’ll be in pole position in terms of the qualifying process for the knockout stage.
