According to the Sun, Spurs are going for Tanguy Ndombele with all they’ve got and want to get a £60m transfer wrapped up in the summer window.

The report has suggested that Spurs have launched their bid as they look to beat Manchester City and Manchester United to the signature of the midfielder.

Playing for Lyon at the moment, the powerful player has had plenty of speculation grow around him in recent times and it does seem as though he could leave in this window.

Spurs would appear to be the leading side in the race for him, too, with them launching a considerable bid that would smash their transfer record.

Their previous figure stands at just over £40m for defender Davinson Sanchez and so it is clear that they want to show they mean business this summer.

Indeed, they need a new mobile presence in the middle of the park and he seems to be the ideal arrival.
