The big games keep on coming in the Premier League with Liverpool travelling to Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday night.
The two sides both harbour title aspirations this season but with Manchester City cruising to a 5-0 win over West Brom on Tuesday night, they know they cannot afford to lose much more ground.
Indeed, Liverpool’s recent form has seen them drop away from top-spot and a lack of goals is harming them badly, with the balance of their side just not looking right.
In a boost to the Reds ahead of their trip to London, then, Jordan Henderson has returned to full training earlier this week and could be in contention:

Rush Football’s take
Liverpool’s team has just looked so disjointed of late.
The full-backs aren’t able to get forwards as much thanks to their lack of senior centre-backs and the midfield hasn’t found much rhythm with injuries to the likes of Henderson, whilst Thiago is still trying to get used to his new team-mates thanks to his own fitness problems.
That has led to a misfiring front line and, thus, results have not been good enough for a side trying to defend its title.
The games are relentless, though, and so they need to sort things quickly so having Henderson potentially back in the middle of the park could be important for sure.
